Trik dan tips pertama biar diterima di kapal pesiar sekarang persiapkan bahasa inggris baik itu grammer maupun conversation, pelajari telling picture yaitu nanti anda akan diperlihatkan gambar alat-alat housekeeping nanti anda disuruh menyebutkan dan fungsinya dengan bahasa inggris, kalau yang paham dan pintar bahasa inggris pasti mudah melalui ini tapi yang bahasa inggrisnya pas-pasan seperti saya mendingan belajar di rumah atau practice with your friend or family atau yang lebih baik kursus soalnya salah satu sayarat ke HALL yaitu mempunyai sertificate bahasa inggris dan pengalaman hotel min 1 tahun di bintang 4 atau bintang lima dari sekarang private dulu dech dan yang paling penting berdo’a ya.

Sebelumnya anda disuruh introduce your self sampai pengalaman bekerja, gampang kok asal kita ada kemauan disitu ada jalan ok..kemudian anda jangan kecil hati kalau gagal karena nanti akan di panggil lagi setelah 3 bulan, diberikan kesempatan sampai 3 kali kesempatan tes, tapi ingat ya yang harus diperhatikan yang lebih penting kesehatan percuma kalau tesnya lulus tapi ketika di medical check up tidak lulus ini di alami oleh teman saya yang sampai sekarng belum berangkat, usahakan alcohol berhenti dan merokok dari sekarang ok..ada triknya kalau nanti anda giliran tes medical ceck up 12 jam sebelumnya minum air dewegan (kelapa muda)dikupas dulu tapi batoknya jangan sampai bocor kemudian di rebus kurang lebih 1 jam dan diminum jangan lupa Bismillah dulu….sebenarnya banyak yang ingin saya terangin tapi berhubung sudah ngantuk abis shaur jadi ini mungkin yang saya gambarkan kepada teman-teman yang sekarang ingin bekerja di kapal pesiar, disana memang berat bekerja tapi disela-sela kesibukan kita bias jalan-jalan keliling amerika dan eropa bahwakan keliling dunia, pokoknya betah aja karena bias tahu negera lain, Shutle bus untuk crew sudah siapkan mau jalan-jalan kemana ayo…??asal ingat jangan harus tahu jam sailing kapal jangan sampai ketinggalan kalu ketinggalan didenda dan di pulangkan ..wasalam dech nangis Bombay..kok jadi curhat begini ya, nah teman-teman ini ada trik dan tips lolos saat menghadapi Interview.

Interview adalah proses seleksi yang harus dilalui kebanyakan orang ketika melamar sebuah pekerjaan.Mungkin terasa agak susah.Setiap orang pasti akan merasa gugup jika akan mengahadapi interview, apalagi bila interview tersebut dengan principal dari luar indonesia. Normalnya perasaan gugup itu akan menghambat kita dalam proses interview tersebut jika kita tidak bisa menguranginya. Jika persiapan itu matang,fungsinya kita bisa mengontrol diri sendiri dan mempermudah kita untuk bisa menjawab semua pertanyaan dengan baik dan benar.

Hal-hal yang perlu kita perhatikan adalah
1. Lakukan langkah persiapan dan tumbuhkan percaya diri.Usahakan untuk tidur tidur yang cukup agar nantinya kita terlihat fresh dan tidak loyo,karena terkadang terlalu banyaknya peserta interview memakan waktu yang cukup lama.
2. Buat sedikit catatan mengenai interview, dari mulai waktu, tempat, pakaian dsb.
3. Datanglah tepat waktu, usahakan tiba tidak kurang atau lebih dari 30 menit sebelum waktu wawancara, jangan sampai terlambat. Itu akan mencerminkan kedisiplinan dan kita lebih relax untuk persiapan interview!
4. Persiapkan segala sesuatunya sebelum berangkat, jangan sampai ada yang tertinggal
5. Sesuai dengan posisi yang anda lamar cobalah menulis dan melatih kemungkinan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang mungkin muncul di saat interview,hal ini akan menambah kepercayaan diri kita untuk menjawab semua pertanyaan dengan baik dan benar.
6. Buat kesan yang baik pada saat interview.Berikan salam ketika memasuki ruang interview dan menjabat tangan sebelum dan sesudah interview untuk memberikan kesan yang ramah.
7. Jangan terlalu banyak berbicara, salah-salah justru anda yang jadi pewawancara.
8. Bersemangat dan berpikiran positif, tapi jangan terlalu over.
9. Usahakan komunikasi pada saat interview menjadi dua arah, jangan terlalu pasif kaya patung.
10. Jawablah pertanyaan dengan jelas.
11. Bawalah cadangan pas foto dan CV anda, kalau perlu uang cadangan lebih buat jaga-jaga ada sesuatu yang mendadak.
12. Tataplah mata pewawancara, dengan tatapan penuh semangat seolah-olah anda siap untuk bergabung bekerja.

Jangan kwatir untuk temen-temen yang berminat kerja disana fasilitas untuk crew full of service pokoknya, Makan kita disediakan menu pagi,siang,sore,malam buah2an,dessert silahkan sekenyangnya, sarana ibadah berbagai agama disediakan, crew shoping dengan diskon 10%, yang suka basket,futsal,tenis meja,PS,Billiar,Crew party lengkap dech gak akan terasa cape asal kita menyukai kerja di negeri orang yang jauh dari keluarga, kalaupun kita home sick tinggal telepon aja keluaraga atau pacarmu beli phone card aja $ 10 untuk 1jaman ke telepon rumah kalau ke hp 30 menitan atau yang suka Facebook-an atu mau posting article ada fasilitas internet crew internet cardnya $20 untuk 3 jam muahal banget tapi kalau lagi dock atau port mendingan warnet di luar/darat aja 1 jam $2 lumayan hemat untuk nabung ya jangan boros tapi yang masih single puasin aja beli oleh2 atau elecrtronic lumayan murah2.,,mmh jadi ngiler kan pingin cepet kerja disana ya udah sekarang siapin aja apply-nya jangan salah agen di articel judulnya trik dan tip bekerja di kapal pesiar ada alamat lengkapnya, disini aku gak bermaksud untuk ikut ke kapal ini terserah cari aja yang cocok ya, tapi menurutku di kapal ini orang indonesia di prioritaskan baik itu puasa ramadhan, idul-adha, hari kemerdekaan, pokoknya betah aja menurut aku sih, oh ya bagi temen – temen yang mau apply bagian admin juga ada bagian clerk tapi mesti ada pengalaman dulu, sekarang lagi bagus nih ada recruitmen untuk wanita untuk jadi waitress atau dibPinnacle Grill lagian yang gajinya mmm gede coy..nah sekarang kita jalan-jalan di dalam kapal dulu disini suka dukannya pernah nyasar terus saking gedenya ini kapal kadang kalau inget suka senyum sendiri dan pertama suka sea sick alias mabuk laut..yang suka mabuk laut tapi lama2 juga gak kok..biasa aja kaya di darat aja..

Waspada Penipuan Agen Kapal Pesiar

Pak kemarin saya memasukkan lamaran ke PT. (censored) tapi saya takut kalau kena tipu, karena itu saya mohon bantuan dan saranya. Soalnya saya di harapkan membayar uang Rp.10.000.000.

Demikian komentar seorang pembaca blog ini pada artikel saya terdahulu tentang lowongan kerja di kapal pesiar bidang retail dan spa Harding Brothers Ltd, London. Nampaknya minat bekerja ke luar negeri (kapal pesiar maupun darat) masih sangat tinggi di kalangan generasi muda pencari kerja di Indonesia. Bukan saja disebabkan karena makin sempitnya lapangan pekerjaan di dalam negeri tapi juga (mostly) disebabkan karena gaji yang lebih tinggi. Gaji sebulan di luar negeri bisa sama dengan gaji setahun di Indonesia, misalnya Membludaknya minat pencari kerja di luar negeri baik di kapal pesiar maupun di darat seperti hampir 80 % mahasiswa IHS (International Hotel Management School) yang ingin kerja di kapal pesiar setelah lulus nanti menyebabkan menjamurnya sekolah2 kapal pesiar dadakan. Di Bali misalnya, ada puluhan sekolah2 kapal pesiar dengan embel2 yang menggiurkan dan terkadang bombastis semisal, menjamin penyaluran kerja setelah tamat, bekerja sama dengan cruise liner tertentu di luar negeri dll. Saya sendiri termasuk ‘korban’ salah satu sekolah kapal pesiar di Bali. Di samping itu, juga banyak bermunculan agen2 kapal pesiar dengan embel2 yang sama yaitu bekerja sama (baca: mencatut) nama sebuah cruise liner terkenal untuk menarik minat calon pelamar. Memang ujung2nya duit juga. Seringkali karena minat yang terlalu tinggi sehingga kurang hati2 dalam berurusan dengan agen penyalur kapal pesiar, uang sekian puluh juta sudah disetor tapi janji berangkat tidak pernah terjadi.

Komentar/pertanyaan di awal tadi bisa jadi mewakili sebagian besar pencari kerja ke kapal pesiar yang masih bingung dan ragu2 dalam menentukan apakah berani bayar duluan atau tidak. Di Bali contohnya juga banyak sekali terjadi penipuan berkedok agen kapal pesiar bahkan sudah pernah dilaporkan ke polisi. Berikut ini beberapa tips agar tidak tertipu saat mau bekerja di kapal pesiar :

1. Janji sekolah kapal pesiar. Saya tidak mengatakan sekolah2 kapal pesiar itu jelek tapi jangan sekali2 mempercayai 100% janji2 sekolah itu yang katanya menjamin penyaluran dan janji2 sejenisnya. Fokuskan diri pada menimba ilmu sebanyak2nya pada sekolah tersebut karena itu akan lebih berguna daripada menghabiskan energi untuk menghayal cara instant untuk bisa berangkat setelah tamat.

2. Kredibilitas sebuah agen. Banyak sekali bertebaran agen2 penyaluran TKI kapal pesiar dewasa ini. Pastikan dulu kredibilitas agen tersebut apakah resmi atau scam. Cara konvensionalnya mungkin adalah dengan cara mengecek di Depnaker setempat apakah sudah ada ijinnya dan apakah sudah termasuk PJTKI atau tidak. Juga perlu diperhatikan reputasi agent itu selama ini, track recordnya bagaimana beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Agent baru? Awas lampu kuning!

3. Jangan bayar duluan. Penyebab seringnya calon TKI kapal pesiar kena tipu adalah karena belum apa2 sudah membayar duluan. Agen yang qualified dan resmi biasanya tidak menarik bayaran sedikitpun sebelum ada dokumen2 resmi dari pihak cruise liner itu sendiri semisal offer letter dll. Sangat tidak masuk akal jika belum ada offer letter tapi harus membayar 50an juta misalnya. Untuk apa? Jadi pastikan dulu ada offer letter dan dokumen2 pendukung lainnya.

I started my oil field jobs career like many others with a maritime career before moving into the oil industry and the shipping is undergoing a massive expansion, with thousands of new vessels either on order and under construction.

The maritime and shipping industry also desperately needs people. It is also a good way to get some experience that will enable transfer to the offshore oil industry a lot easier and a lot faster, as it will develop many similar skills and experience. Good skills means good money later.

These days the average merchant ship has significantly smaller crews and I would recommend that if you wish to train in either a deck officer or engineer role that you go talk to your nearest maritime college or maritime academy for advice.

There are many vessel types, including Cruise Liners, Crude oil tankers, Chemical tankers, Bulk carriers, LNG (Liquid Natural Gas) Carriers, Passenger Ferries, Ro-Ro (Roll On Roll Off) Carriers, Car Carriers and a lot of other vessel types.
